Our Yearlong Mindfulness Training

This program is ideally suited for Leaders and Innovators and/or their spouses who seek to mindfully navigate life’s transitions, challenges and joys with greater equanimity, productivity and satisfaction.

Participants in this year-long journey are likely to be entering a stage of life with major life transitions such as:

  • A career change or retirement

  • An empty nest

  • Loss of parent(s) and loved ones

  • A change in marital status

  • Health and aging concerns

These challenges can bring both waves of excitement, happiness, joy as well as fear, uncertainty, anxiety and inertia.  

Through the year you’ll develop and sustain a dedicated meditation practice and join a journey that includes intimate sharing of life experiences with like-minded peers.

Drawing on an active mindfulness practice and like-minded community, you may find you are able to approach your life with less reactivity and anxiety and with increased calm, ease and balance. You may find you can increase your capacity for joy and your can strengthen your sense of everyday wellbeing.  

This program offers a blend of online sessions as well as in-person overnight gatherings in a retreat setting.
