This is our core, introduction to mindfulness offering.

This six session program is designed to support you in developing lifelong skills in mindfulness to allow you to meet life’s surprises with calm presence, create deeper, authentic connection and engagement with your peers, and the the ability live your life guided by your inner wisdom and true nature.

This program includes:

Access to Mindfulness Daily, a high-quality mindfulness program that takes only minutes a day

A weekly class on Zoom where you’ll explore a relevant theme, practice meditation and enjoy a breakout session with peers

An optional guided meditation with breakout groups

An optional ‘Ask Me Anything’ session to explore challenges and insights in your practice
