Membership Wellbeing and Engagement


This offering is for membership-based organizations and is designed to coincide with the membership year.

It provides an opportunity for the organization to support its members with practices designed to enhance their personal wellbeing and sense of engagement and connection with other members.  Through participation in these online sessions, members will develop mindfulness skills that will enhance their ability to approach life with more calm, balance and joy.

Members will also have the opportunity to deepen their connection and engagement with fellow members through the shared experience of learning mindfulness techniques and joining in small “mini-forum” breakout sessions in groups of three or four members.

During the course of the year, members will have the opportunity to engage with numerous different members through the mini-forum breakouts sessions.


I found meditating and interacting in a group setting to be very powerful. And being in the group helped keep me accountable and stick to my intention to meditate regularly. I now pause more often during the day to gather my thoughts and just be aware of my feelings and surroundings. This has helped me be less reactive and more thoughtful about how I’m engaging with others and with life in general.
